With more than 45 years of experience in the surgery, cleaning, disinfection and sterilisation fields, SCHLUMBOHM Medizin-Labor-Technologie-Hamburg GmbH is able to face the demanding market requirements.

As a medium-sized enterprise and manufacturer with more than 120 employees (worldwide), we are able to offer you a range of products and services for capital assets in the medical and laboratory technology field that meets your individual requirements and that is just as wide as it is deep. This already starts with the needs assessment and the creation of planning suggestions. The specialised project support including the installation and commissioning are just a part of this as are the customer services that follows this seamlessly.

An important key to our years of success and our acceptance in the market is the assurance of the quality, operational safety and functionality in day to day operations and the reconciliation of these features with economic viability aspects.

In connection with this, you can benefit from a team of more than 20 service technicians 24/7 and 365 days per year that provide you with a nationwide immediate fault rectification service for maintenance and repair work. The order acceptance and the planning of the operational planning of all of the field service employees is the responsibility of the head office in Hamburg.

Nursing

Sophisticated device technology and functional furniture that has been well thought out in terms of hygiene hereby meet the ever-increasing demands placed on nursing personnel. This enables service intervals to be minimised and costs cut. Die Schlumbohm Medizin-Labor-Technologie-Hamburg GmbH, als Service orientiertes mittelständisches Unternehmen hat sich als Ziel gesetzt, qualitativ hochwertige Produkte und Dienstleistungen aus dem Bereich der Medizin- und Labortechnologie zu einem wirtschaftlich interessanten Preis zu vermarkten. Wir stellen ein umfassendes Produkt- und Dienstleistungsangebot bereit, mit dem die Reinigungs-, Desinfektions- und Sterilisationsprozesse in Krankenhäusern und Laboren sichergestellt werden.
Als Basis dienen hierbei ein gelebtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und qualifizierte Mitarbeiter. Deshalb räumen wir der Aus- und Weiterbildung unserer Mitarbeiter, einem menschlichen Umgang und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit, sowie der Bereitstellung geeigneter Arbeitsmittel einen hohen Stellenwert ein.

Die Aufrechterhaltung und Weiterentwicklung unseres zertifizierten Qualitätsmanagementsystems nach DIN EN ISO 13485 und DIN EN ISO 9001 inkl. Berücksichtigung der geltenden Gesetze und Normen sind Basis unseres Handelns. Hierzu gehört auch die Sicherstellung umweltbewussten Handelns durch das im Jahr 2021 eingeführte Umweltmanagement nach DIN EN ISO 14001. Die Geschäftsleitung stellt hierfür entsprechende Personalkapazitäten, notwendige Investitionen und Schulungsprogramme zur Verfügung. Alle Mitarbeiter sind verpflichtet die in ihrem Verantwortungsbereich geltenden QM- und UM-Vorgaben umzusetzen, ihre Wirksamkeit ständig zu überwachen und den neuesten Kenntnissen und Erfordernissen anzupassen.

Bei der Planung und Realisierung unserer Leistungen gehen wir immer mindestens vom jeweiligen Stand der Technik / Wissens aus. Energieeinsparung und Ressourcenschonung sind dabei wichtige Bestandteile des Verhaltens.

Die Schlumbohm Medizin-Labor-Technologie strebt sowohl die Optimierung der innerbetrieblichen Organisationsstrukturen und Abläufe als auch die der externen Schnittstellen an. Insbesondere mit unseren Kunden, Lieferanten und Partnern pflegen wir daher einen intensiven Gedanken- und Erfahrungsaustausch. Ein wichtiges Ziel in unserer Qualitätspolitik ist die Umsetzung der Medizinprodukteverordnung MDR 2017/745. Hierzu wurden entsprechende Maßnahmen generiert, um die Umsetzung bis 2028 vollständig und entsprechend den Vorgaben durchzuführen.

The quality and satisfaction of our customers are equally important company goals alongside maintaining the company through economic behavior on the market. All employees therefore recognize and treat customers as the focus of the company’s efforts.

The maintenance and further development of our certified quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 13485 and DIN EN ISO 9001, including consideration of the applicable laws and standards, are the basis of our actions. This also includes ensuring environmentally conscious action through the environmental management system introduced in 2021 in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001. The management provides the appropriate personnel capacities, necessary investments and training programs for this purpose. All employees are obliged to implement the QM and UM requirements applicable in their area of responsibility, to constantly monitor their effectiveness and to adapt them to the latest knowledge and requirements.

When planning and implementing our services, we always start from at least the current state of technology / knowledge. Energy saving and resource conservation are important components of behavior.

Schlumbohm Medical Laboratory Technology strives to optimize both the internal organizational structures and processes as well as those of the external interfaces. We therefore maintain an intensive exchange of ideas and experiences, especially with our customers, suppliers and partners. This quality policy is communicated to all employees and explained accordingly.

An important goal of our quality policy is the implementation of the Medical Devices Regulation 2017/745(MDR). Appropriate measures have been generated to ensure that implementation is complete and in accordance with the specifications by 2028.

Wir verpflichten uns unseren Beitrag zum Schutz der Umwelt zu leisten, indem wir fortlaufend alle relevanten Umweltaspekte identifizieren und hinsichtlich ihrer Auswirkungen bewerten, dadurch wollen wir die Umweltbelastung vermeiden bzw. reduzieren.
Mit risikobasierten Denken messen wir der Fehlervermeidung gegenüber der Fehlererkennung besondere Bedeutung bei.
Umwelt- und sicherheitsrelevante Tätigkeiten werden durchgängig geplant, gesteuert und überwacht. Damit stellen wir sicher, dass neben den Umweltanforderungen interessierter Parteien, auch die zutreffenden gesetzlichen und behördlichen Vorschriften beachtet werden.
Durch einen kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess soll über das Engagement aller Mitarbeiter auf allen Ebenen die Umweltleistung permanent gesteigert bzw. verbessert werden.
Unsere Umweltpolitik ist im gesamten Unternehmen bekannt und wird im Rahmen des Managementreviews regelmäßig auf ihre fortdauernde Angemessenheit hin überprüft.
Schließlich stellen wir die Umweltpolitik relevanten interessierten Parteien auf Anfrage zur Verfügung, soweit wir diese Information als angemessen betrachten.
