The SCDS Cycle Documentation Software has been developed for a fast, simple and secure documentation that is conform with all of the legal requirements. All of the fundamental functions during the reprocessing of the various sterile materials are recorded, documented and stored. This considerably reduces the time required for the demanded documentation of the process in the sterile materials supply department.
A large amount of additional information can be retrieved from modules that can be configured according to needs. We have focused on the modular and user-friendly design of the software so that an individual adaptation of the system to the local conditions and a future-proof adaptation/expansion of the batch documents is possible.
The functions that can be learned fast and the innovative user interface that can be configured in an employee-related manner make its use easier in addition to increasing the fast acceptance by the user concerned. The networking of individual sections and their peripheral devices with the host computer (server) ensures a flexible division of labour and communication.
All of the standard functions that serve the controlling of the system are selected in a user-friendly manner by means of a barcode scanner or a touch screen. Users, articles and sets are entered in the Windows-based batch documentation system for the first time with the assistance of input masks. The clearly structured and intuitive interface also enables inexperienced users to manage the system and work with it.
